lea, in Baltimore City aforesaid, $300.

To the conveyance from Elizabeth Billingsley to the Grace
English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, dated
November 24, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5175, folio 446, etc.

To the conveyance from The Associate Congregational Church
of Baltimore to The Middle Atlantic Conference of Congrega-
tional Churches, dated April 3, 1929, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City.

To the conveyance from Peter O. Hudson and Mattie L.
Hudson, his wife, and William H. Hudson and Mattie V.
Hudson, his wife, to Ebenezer Methodist Episcopal Church of
Somerset County, State of Maryland, and the Waters Chapel
Methodist Episcopal Church of Brinkleys District, County of
Somerset, State of Maryland, dated October 14, 1929, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Somerset County in Liber
G. W. L. No. 99, page 299, etc.

To the bequest of the sum of two hundred dollars ($200) to
the Vestry of St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church, in Somer-
set County, Maryland, contained in the last will and testament
of Cara M. Hodson, which will was probated by the Orphans'
Court for Somerset County on the 25th day of February, 1930,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said county
in Liber P. E. D. No. 33, page 134, etc.

To the gift of three thousand seven hundred sixty-four dollars
and eighty-seven cents ($3, 764. 87), with accrued interest, made
by Kate F. Nichols, Henry A. Nichols and Thomas C. Nichols,
to the trustees of Saints Peter's and Paul's Church, Easton,
Maryland, in a Deed of Trust dated October 20, 1924, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Talbot County in Liber No.
22, folio 120, etc.

To the conveyance from Rt. Rev. John J. Monahan of the
property called " Warrington, " under a deed dated July 10,
1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Queen Anne's
County in Liber B. H. T. No. 11, folio 303, and to the surrender
by said Rt. Rev. John J. Monaghan to St. Peter's Church of
certain. trust funds as provided in the will of the late Charles
C. Willson, the said surrender being contained in an instrument
drawn and signed by the Rt. Rev. John J. Monaghan on April
30, 1930.

To the bequest of seven thousand five hundred dollars
($7,500) to the trustees of the Marion Baptist Church of Mary-
land, Somerset County, as contained in the last will and testa-
