CHAPTER 469.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 96
of Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, Edition of 1924, entitled "Oysters, " sub-title "Comp-
troller's Duties, " removing the exemption of Worcester
County from the application of said Article.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 96 of Article 72 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, entitled "Oys-
ters, " sub-title "Comptroller's Duties, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
96. It shall be the duty of the Comptroller to furnish the
clerks of the several courts of the State with forms of applica-
tions and license and of the reports or returns required by the
preceding sections; and it shall be the further duty of the
Comptroller to furnish all other blanks required under this
Article.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect upon the sale by the Board of Public Works of the first
$125, 000. 00 of the certificates of indebtedness authorized by
the Act of the General Assembly of 1931 creating the "Ocean
City Inlet Loan of 1931. "

CHAPTER 470.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners,
for Talbot County, Maryland, to enter into negotiations for
the sale and/or conveyance and to convey unto the United
States of America or its proper agent or governmental de-
partment, the lot of ground located in the town of Easton,
Maryland, herein described, for the purpose of constructing a
post office building thereon and approaches thereto.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners for Talbot County, Mary-
land, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to en-
