in said county, to offer each and every of said parcels of land
and premises for sale to the highest bidder for cash, which said
list and notice shall be published in at least two newspapers
printed and published in said county for four successive weeks
prior to the second Monday in March, and on said second Mon-
day in April the treasurer shall at the hour and place named in
said advertisement proceed to sell any and all such pieces or
parcels of land and premises, beginning with the first on said
lists, and so on in order, upon which taxes, interest, costs and fees
shall not then have been paid, and shall continue such sale on
each secular day, legal holidays excepted, from ten o 'clock A. M.
until three o'clock P. M. until every parcel shall have been,
offered; should the treasurer, by reason of illness or other dis-
ability, be unable to attend and conduct such sale or sales in:
person, a deputy shall conduct such sale or sales, and in such
case the deputy shall make the affidavit to the report of sales,
provided for in Section 210.

Section 207. In addition to the cost of advertising herein-
before referred to, the Treasurer shall charge against each piece
of property advertised for sale for the collection of taxes the
sum of $2. 00, which sum shall be paid to and expended by the
Board of County Commissioners for clerical assistants in the
office of the Treasurer where such advertisement is prepared,,
and, in addition to the foregoing, the Treasurer shall charge
against each piece of property sold for the collection of taxes
the sum of $3, 00 to be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for recording the report of sale; the sum of $2. 50 to be paid
to the Counsel of the Board of County Commissioners for serv-
ices in preparing and filing the Treasurer's report of sale; the:
sum of $2. 00 to be paid to the Board of County Commissioners,.
$1. 00 of which shall go to the Clerk of the said Board and $1. 00'
to be used for the purpose of paying clerk costs of the Board of
County Commissioners in preparing the delinquent tax sale lists;
the sum of fifty cents (50c) to be paid to the auctioneer for his
services in conducting the sale.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 462.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 12b
of Chapter No. 790 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1912, said Section being designated as
Section No. 200 of the Article 16 of the Public Local Laws.
