criminal cases had before them, which reports shall give the
name of the traverser, the name of the officer or prosecutor, the
crime with which traverser is charged, and the amount of fine,
if any, in all cases where the traverser is found guilty; and in.
all cases where not found guilty, said Justices shall charge the
county with their costs which shall be in conformity with Sec-
tion 407 of this Act; and said Justices of the Peace shall file
said reports quarterly on or before January first, April first,
July first, and October first in each year and shall, with each
report, return therewith the money due to the county for said
quarter from fines so collected; provided, that if any Justice
of the Peace in Harford County shall fail to file his accounts
quarterly, as aforesaid, and account to the said County Com-
missioners for all fines collected by him and due the county,
he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction
thereof, before any Justice of the Peace of said County or be-
fore the Circuit Court for Harford County, be punishable with
a fine of not less than $50 or be imprisoned in the county jail
for not less than thirty days nor more than two months, or both,
in the discretion of the court.

Section 407. Constables in said County shall be entitled to
the fees prescribed by law for the particular services rendered
by them under the preceding section, and the said justices shall
be entitled to charge for their respective services in all criminal
cases the following fees: For issuing each State writ, fifty cents;
for summoning all of the witnesses on both sides in any case,
one dollar; for each trial, two dollars; for every commitment,
fifty cents; for every release, fifty cents; for taking recog-
nizance in each case reported to the Circuit Court, fifty cents;
for each attachment for contempt, fifty cents; for each search
warrant, fifty cents; for taking recognizance of witnesses, each
fifty cents; for administering each oath, ten cents.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws, general or
local, inconsistent with the provisions of the provisions of this
Act be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of their
inconsistency.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Har-
ford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace," said new section
to be known as Section 387A, and to follow immediately after
