in a westerly direction, thence in a southerly direction, thence
in a westerly direction and thence in a southerly direction by
and with the limits of "Old Town" to the north line of the
State road leading to Deals Island; thence by and with said
Deals Island road in a westerly direction to the center of a
concrete wall; thence running north twenty-one degrees and
fifteen minutes west two hundred thirty-three rods to a point
at the intersection of the northerly line of the State road lead
ing to Mount Vernon with the easterly line of the Ridge road;
thence running by and with the north line of the State road
leading to Mount Vernon in an easterly direction to the place
of beginning, known as "North Annex. "
(c) Beginning at a point on the westerly line of the prop-
erty of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company at the easternmost
corner of the limits of "North Annex" hereinbefore described
under paragraph (b), said point being south thirty degrees and
thirty minutes east of an iron bar set up on the east line of
the Princess Anne-Salisbury State road opposite the intersec-
tion of the State road leading to Mount Vernon, and from said
point running south thirty degrees and thirty minutes east to
an iron pipe at the intersection *of the southerly line of the
Cohn and Bock road with the southwesterly line of another
road; thence running south twenty-one degrees and thirty min-
utes west three hundred fifteen rods to an iron pipe at the
intersection of the westerly line of Somerset Avenue with the
northeast line of an old road; thence by and with the north-
east line of said old road north thirty-seven degrees and thirty
minutes west to the easterly line of the property of the Penn-
sylvania Railroad Company; thence by and with said Railroad
Company's property in a northerly direction to intersect the
limits of "Old Town" in a general northerly direction until
said limits cross the property of the Pennsylvania Railroad
Company north of the Manokin River; thence by and with the
westerly line of the property of the Pennsylvania Railroad
Company to the place of beginning, to be known as "East
Annex. "
(d) Beginning at the center of a concrete wall on the
north line of the State road leading from Princess Anne to
Deals Island, the said place of beginning being at the south-
west corner of "North Annex" hereinbefore described, and run-
ning" thence by and with the northerly line of said State road
leading to Deals Island and crossing the Manokin River to
intersect the limits of "Old Town"; thence running in a south-
