title "Non-Tidal Waters, " lowering the age limit on those
required to secure an angler's license and eliminating dip
net licenses; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 77 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland (Edition of 1929 Supplement), enti-
tled "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Non-Tidal Waters, "
providing for the clerk's duties, issuing licenses and placing
restrictions on non-resident angler's license.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 25 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (Edition 1929
Supplement), entitled "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Tidal
Waters"; Section 29 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland (Edition 1929 Supple-
ment) entitled "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Tidal Waters—
Further Regulations in County Waters"; Sections 71, 76 and
77 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland (Edition 1929 Supplement), entitled "Fish '
and Fisheries, " sub-title "Non-Tidal Waters, " be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

25. Method of Fishing. It shall not be lawful to take or
catch fish for commercial purposes in the tidal waters of this
State by the use of a drag net or drag seine, hauled by boat,
beam trawl, trammel net or troll net, or any similar destructive
device.

It shall also be unlawful to catch fish for any purpose by
means of a gig or gig iron.

29. Baltimore County, (a) It shall be unlawful to fish
with rod, hook and line, from any boat or float of any kind
between the 1st day of November and the 31st day of January,
both dates inclusive, in each and every year, in the waters of
Back River (except in that portion lying west of a line drawn
from the end of the wharf on Cherry Grove Farm to Stans-
bury's Point), Seneca Creek (except that portion lying west
of a line drawn from Gun Point on the North to Flying Point
on the south side of said creek), Seneca River, Salt Peter
Creek and Middle River (except that portion lying north of
a line drawn from Clark's Point on E. ' Levy's shore to the
Maryland Yacht Club Point, and that part of Dark Head
lying north of a line drawn due east from the Maryland Yacht
