duly recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore County
in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 5, folio 44.

82.      To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Harry W. Tormollen, deceased,,
to the German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation,,
Unaltered Augsberg Confession in Baltimore, Maryland, a
religious corporation, dated April 13th, 1928, duly admitted
to probate on August 21, 1929, and recorded among the Wills-
Records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills,
Liber E. R. D. No. 165, folio 100, etc.

83.      To the Deed and conveyance to The Board of Home
Missions of the Reformed Church in the United States, dated
April 22nd, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4995, folio 351, from
Bethany Evangelical Reformed Church of the fee simple
property on the northwest side of Beech Avenue, at the dis-
tance of two hundred and forty feet six inches southwesterly
from the center line of Groveland Avenue.

84.      To the Deed and conveyance to the Bethany Evangel-
ical Reformed Church, dated September 16, 1927, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C.. L. No. 4792, folio 447, from Sanford D. Eisenbrodt,
et al., of the fee simple property on the northwest side of
Beech Avenue at the distance of two hundred and forty feet
six inches southwesterly from the center line of Groveland
Avenue.

85.      To the Deed and conveyance to the Bethany Evangel-
ical Reformed Church, dated April 9, 1925, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4368, folio 239, from the Walbrook Construction Corpo-
ration of the leasehold property on the south side of Brighton
Street, at the distance of three hundred and ninety-two feet
ten inches easterly from the southeast corner of Brighton and
Poplar Grove Streets.

86.      To the deed and conveyance to Summer field Men's
Bible Class, Inc., dated February 3rd, 1931, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5193, folio 118, from Annie Louise Rickle and John
