80. To two gifts of eleven thousand two hundred and
fifty-one dollars and forty cents ($11, 251. 40) and nine thou-
sand seven hundred and seventy-five dollars and thirteen cents
($9, 775. 13), aggregating twenty-one thousand twenty-six dol-
lars and fifty-three cents ($21, 026. 53) to Rev. George V.
McKinny; said gifts having been to him individually 'and in
trust, and having been made as follows:
Mary A. Hogan, late of Baltimore City, in the State of
Maryland, deceased, during her life time was seized and
possessed of said sums of money, which she respectively de-
posited in the Savings Bank of Baltimore and the Metro-
politan Savings Bank, in trust for herself and the said Rev.
George V. McKinny, joint owners, subject to the order of
either, the balance at the death of either to belong to the sur-
vivor, or in words of like import. The said Mary A. Hogan
having departed this life and the Rev. George V. McKinny
having survived her, said gifts to the said George V. Mc-
Kinny became absolute.
