(b) Each and every day of violation shall be construed
as a separate offense. Every owner, manager, master, stu-
dent, or journeyman who shall practice the occupation of
barbering while knowingly suffering from a contagious, in-
fectious or communicable disease or who shall knowingly
work with another owner, manager, master, student or
journeyman afflicted with a contagious, infectious or com-
municable disease, or who shall knowingly serve any person
afflicted with such disease shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than ten dollars or imprisonment for not less
than ninety days or both, at the discretion of the Court.

282N. An appeal may be taken from any actions of the
Board to the several Circuit Courts of the Counties or the
Common Law Courts of Baltimore City.

282-O. In the event that any portion of this sub-title is
declared unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdic-
tion, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the
sub-title which can be given effect without the invalid
portion.

282P. All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act be and they are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 372.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " the first section providing
for the payment of certain Clerk's and Sheriff's costs
before docketing actions-at-law in The Circuit Court for
Harford County, and also providing penalties for the
violation of the provisions of said section; the second sec-
tion providing for the taking of a pauper's oath to avoid
the provisions of the first section, and providing penalty
for false oath; said sections to follow section 177 of said
Article, and to be known as sections 177 A and 177 B;
and to be an emergency measure taking effect from the
date of its passage.
