AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
878 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1980 Edition), title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "Schools, " relating to the salary and allowances
of the Supervisor of School Property.

CHAPTER 369.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
48A of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Alcoholic Beverages, " sub-title "County Dispen-
saries, " as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the Ex-
traordinary Session of 1933, abolishing the Liquor Con-
trol Board for Montgomery County, transferring the
powers, duties and authority of said Board to the Board
of County Commissioners of said county, removing the
right of appeal from the decision of said Board of County
Commissioners and substituting therefor an appeal to the
Circuit Court for said County at Law; and providing for
the designation of one of said Board of County Commis-
sioners as supervisor of Montgomery County Dispensar-
ies and fixing the compensation of such supervisor.

CHAPTER 370.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 151, 152, 153, 154, 157 and 171 of Article 48A of
Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of
Maryland (Edition of 1924), title "Insurance, " sub-title
"Fraternal Beneficial Associations, " to amend the provi-
sions of the said sub-title relating to beneficiaries and
qualifications for membership; to designate the purposes
for which accumulated funds of such associations over
and above the amount required to maintain required re-
serves may be made available; and to modify and
strengthen the provisions of said sub-title relating to the
legal minimum standard for the valuation of certificates
