SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is here-
by declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 359.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Para-
graph A and Paragraph B of Section 38, and Section 41
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Water Fowl, Birds and Game, " sub-
titles "Watei^ Fowl and Migratory Birds. " "Use of Boats
Prohibited. " "Blinds, " as said Article was enacted by
Chapter 130, Acts of 1933, and Chapter 528, Acts of 1931
and Chapter 366, Acts of 1929.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Paragraph A and Paragraph B of Section
38, and Section 41 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Water Fowl, Birds and
Game, " sub-titles "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds. " "Use
of Boats Prohibited. " "Blinds. " Be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
Section 38 (a) It shall be unlawful to hunt any wild
waterfowl within the limits of the State of Maryland, be-
tween the first day of February and the thirty-first day of
October, in each and every year, both dates inclusive, and
it shall be further unlawful to have in possession any dead
wild waterfowl between the tenth day of February and the
thirty-first day of October in each and every year, and it
shall be unlawful to hunt any of the game birds herein
mentioned on Sunday.
And be it further provided, that it shall be unlawful to
hunt wild waterfowl at any time or in any manner on either
the land or the waters within the boundary lines of the
Blackwater Migratory Bird Refuge located in Dorchester
County, or to hunt wild waterfowl on either land or water
