Church at Hollstadt (Unterfranken) Bavaria, Germany
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Caroline Thill,
dated June 6th, 1933, and of record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J, H. S. No.
176, folio 533, &c.

75. To the bequest to Saint Vincent's Male Orphan Asy-
lum located on the York Road at Five Mile Lane, Baltimore,
Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Charles P. Coady dated February 6th, 1934, and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 14.

76. To the sale and conveyance of title of leasehold prop-
erty known as 2041 and 2043 East Baltimore Street from
Michael L. Eisenreich, to the Trustees of the Shomra Ha-
dath Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City dated Sep-
tember 27th, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4929, folio 235, &c.

77. To the devise, gift, legacy or bequest of not in ex-
cess of Four hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($450,-
000.00) to the Theological Seminary of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gettysburg, Pennsyl-
vania, contained in the Will of Charles Cronhardt, Jr., de-
ceased, admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Bal-
timore City on March 28th, 1934.

78. To the devise, gift, legacy or bequest of Fifty thou-
sand dollars ($50,000.00) to the Church Home and Infirm-
ary of the City of Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the
Will of Charles Cronhardt, Jr., deceased, admitted to pro-
bate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on March
28th, 1934.

79. To the devise, gift, legacy or bequest of Fifty thou-
sand dollars ($50,000.00) to the Union Memorial Hospital
of Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the Will of Charles ;
Cronhardt, Jr., deceased, admitted to probate by the Or-
phans' Court of Baltimore City on March 28th, 1934.

80. To the devise, gift, legacy or bequest of Twenty-five
thousand dollars ($25,000.00) to the Hospital for Consump-
tives of Maryland, Towson, Baltimore County, Maryland,
contained in the Will of Charles Cronhardt, Jr., deceased,
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City on March 28th, 1934.
