CHAPTER 33.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 193 and 194 of Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Charles County, " sub-title "La Plata, " said sections
relating to the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 193 and 194 of Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County, " sub-title "La Plata, " be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed upon by a yea and nay vote, sup-
ported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 34.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
77 and 80 of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1924 Edition) title "Governor—Executive and
Administrative Departments, " sub-title "Executive De-
partment, " sub-heading "State Librarian, " relating to
the distribution of laws and public documents.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 77 and 80 of Article 41 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Gov-
ernor—Executive and Administrative Departments, " sub-
title "Executive Department, " sub-heading "State Libra-
rian, " be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:
77. He shall have bound the laws, journals and docu-
ments of the General Assembly and shall distribute and
forward the same when bound, under the direction of the
