forth in said Section 210, notwithstanding the requirement
in said section that said report shall be made within thirty
days.
In addition to the cost of advertising hereinbefore
referred to, the Treasurer shall charge against each piece
of property upon making up said alphabetical list, the sum
of One Dollar, which sum shall be credited to the Special
Clerk's Fund and used in the payment of appropriations
made for the ensuing fiscal year for regular salaries of
clerical help of the county, and in addition to the foregoing,
the Treasurer shall charge against each piece of property
sold for the payment of taxes the sum of Fifty Cents to
be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for recording the
report of the sale, and the sum of twenty-five cents to be
paid to the auctioneer for his services in conducting the
sale.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency act and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and being passed upon by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 251.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local. Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Roads, " to follow Section 444 of said Article
and to be known as Section 444-A; authorizing and em-
powering the County Commissioners of Harford County
to sell all land which has been or may hereafter become
unnecessary for use by the county by reason of the con-
struction, improvement or relocation of state or county
roads in said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be added to Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Roads, " to follow Section 444 of said
Article, to be known as Section 444-A and to read as fol-
lows:
