or Lateral Road bonds between July 1, 1935 and January 1,
1937.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of Kent County be and they are hereby au-
thorized and directed to levy annually on the taxable prop-
erty of said County a sum of money sufficient to pay the
interest on said bonds and to redeem said bonds as they
mature and become payable, and said taxes shall be col-
lected in like manner as other taxes are collected in said
County and when collected, shall be applied to the payment
of the interest on said bonds and the redemption of said
bonds as they mature and become payable.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 243.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
76 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1924, entitled "An Act to authorize, empower, and direct
the President and Commissioners of North East, Cecil
County, Maryland, to provide for the construction, main-
tenance and operation of a water supply system; to pro-
vide for the issuance of bonds for the purpose of such
construction, maintenance and operation and the levy of
taxes, assessments and Benefits, charges and rates, for
the payment of such bonds and the operation, mainten-
ance, regulation and control of said system; to provide
for the right to purchase and condemn property, and for
other purposes"; and to further authorize said President
and Commissioners to provide for the construction, main-
tenance and operation of a system of sewage disposal,
including sewage disposal plant.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 76 of the Acts of 1924, authorizing
the Commissioners of North East to construct, maintain
and operate a water supply system, be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
