specified in this sub-section.

Ninth: That he will not sell any of the beverages herein
designated t6 any person under the age of 21 years of age.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 235.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 33 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Elections, "
sub-title "Supervisors of Elections, " said new section to
be known as Section 6A, and to follow immediately after
Section 6 of said Article, authorizing Supervisors of Elec-
tions to secure a seal with which to authenticate official
papers and documents.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and it is hereby added to
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Elec-
tions, " sub-title "Supervisors of Elections, " said new section
to be known as Section 6A, and to follow immediately after
Section 6 of said Article, and to read as follows:

6A. Each Board of Supervisors shall have the right and
authority to procure an official seal with which to authenti-
cate the official papers and documents of said Board.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 236.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
54 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Workmen's Compensation, " sub-
title "Claims and Compensation; Benefits, " as repealed
and re-enacted by Chapter 342 of the Acts of 1931, re-
lating to the jurisdiction of the State Industrial Accident
Commission over cases.
