"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Cottage City, " re-
lating to the salary of Treasurer of Cottage City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That subsection (I) of Section 264 of Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title "Cottage
City, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows:
(I). Said Commission shall by resolution appoint a
town treasurer to be known as the Cottage City Treasurer,
who shall also act as clerk to said Commission. The sal-
ary of said treasurer shall be three hundred dollars per
annum from January 1, 1935 to December 31, 1945, and
thereafter one hundred and fifty dollars per annum.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 192.
AN ACT to repeal Section 247 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Colmar Manor, " as
said section was amended by Chapters 187 and 408 of the
Acts of 1933, and to enact in lieu thereof a new section
to be known as Section 247 of said Article, relating to
the powers, duties, and compensation of certain ap-
pointees of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 247 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Colmar Manor, " as
said section was amended by Chapter 187 and 408 of the
Acts of 1933 be and it is hereby repealed and that a new
section be enacted in lieu thereof, said new section to be
known as Section 247 and 'to read as follows:
247. The Mayor, with the approval of the majority of
the Mayor and Town Council, shall appoint a clerk-treas-
