CHAPTER 170.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
64 of the Acts of the Extraordinary Session of 1933, en-
titled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Chapter 234 of the Acts of 1904 entitled 'An Act to
Incorporate the "Washington County Hospital Associa-
tion" ' by declaring said Association to be a public Cor-
poration, " restoring Association to its original status
and conferring upon it its former powers.

CHAPTER 171.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
221 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), entitled "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "Assessor, " as same was amended by Chapter 91
of the Laws of Maryland of 1931, relating to the Board
of Assessments of three members, and to provide for
their qualifications, duties and compensation.

CHAPTER 172.

AN ACT to add three (3) new sections to Article 43 of
Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of
Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Health, " said new sec-
tions to bear the sub-title "Barbital and Other Hypnotic
Drugs, " to follow immediately after Section 241 (i), and
to be known as Sections 241 (j), 241 (k) and 241(1), re-
spectively, regulating the sale and disposition of barbital
and other hypnotic drugs.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That three (3) new sections be, and the same
are hereby, added to Article 43 of Bagby's Annotated Code
of the Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924,
title "Health, " to bear the sub-title "Barbital and Other
Hypnotic Drugs, " to follow immediately after Section
241 (i), and to be known as Sections 241 (j), 241 (k) and
241 (1), respectively, said new sections to read as follows:
