SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 153.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
160 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County, " sub-
title "Orphans' Court, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 301 of the Acts of 1933, relating to the time of
meeting of the Orphans' Court of Worcester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 160 of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Worcester County, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " as said
section was amended by Chapter 301 of the Acts of 1933, be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

160. The sessions of the Orphans' Court of Worcester
County shall be held on Tuesday of each week, and the
Judges of the said Orphans' Court of Worcester County
shall each receive the sum of six dollars for each day's at-
tendance upon the sessions of said Court.

Hereafter, not more than one of said Judges shall be a*
resident of any County Commissioner District of Worces-
ter County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 154.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " said new sections to be
known as Sections 51A and 51B and to follow immediately
