SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Commis-
sioners of Queenstown shall use the proceeds of the loan
hereinbefore authorized first, for the payment of any ex-
penses incident to the issuing of the aforesaid bonds and
then the balance thereof for the installation and construc-
tion of a system of water pipes, conduits, a reservoir, out-
lets, pumps and an engine house in the town of Queens-
town, Queen Anne's County, for the purpose of supplying
water for fire prevention and control throughout said
town, said system and engine house to be installed in ac-
cordance with plans approved by said the Commissioners
of Queenstown.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of redeeming said bonds at maturity and for the purpose
of paying the interest thereon in the meanwhile the Com-
missioners of Queenstown are hereby authorised and em-
powered to levy a tax on the assessable property of the
town of Queenstown sufficient to pay the interest on the
aforesaid bonds and to provide a sinking fund with which
to pay the principal of said bonds as they shall mature.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the bonds so
to be issued shall be designated as "Water Supply Bonds
of Queenstown, Maryland. "
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on the first day of June, 1935.

CHAPTER 103.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Easton, " said new section to be
known as Section 229A and to follow immediately after
Section 229 of said Article, providing for the investment
of funds accumulated as a reserve by the Easton Utilities
Commission.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Easton, "
