All Acts, general, local and special, including the Char-
ter provisions of Easton, St. Michaels and Oxford, respec-
tively, in so far as the same are inconsistent with the pro-
visions hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 101.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Boonsboro, " said new
section to be known as Section 861/2 and to follow imme-
diately after Section 86 of said Article, authorizing and
directing the Burgess and Council of Boonsboro to levy
and pay the Boonsboro Free Library and Reading Room
a sum of money.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Washington County, " sub-title
"Boonsboro, " said new section to be known as Section 86 1/2,
to follow immediately after Section 86 of said Article, and
to read as follows:

86 1/2. The Burgess and Council of Boonsboro are here-
by authorized and directed to levy and pay annually to the
Board of Trustees of the Boonsboro Free Library and
Reading Room, Inc., the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100. 00).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
