fund here provided. Any person who shall wilfully swear
falsely in any oath or affirmation in obtaining or procuring
any share or payment thereof under the provisions of this
Act shall be guilty of perjury.
34. It shall be the duty of the superintendent of State
Police bi-ennially after the passage of this Act to submit
to the Governor of the State a full report on the state and
condition of the system; this report shall include a full
record of all persons retired under this Act, the rate of pay
respectively given them, and also an estimate of the sum
required for future retirements in accordance with the pro-
visions of this Act until the next budget appropriation
becomes effective. And it is further provided that the Gov-
ernor of the State may upon receipt of the report from the
superintendent of State Police recommend such future
increases in the appropriation as he, may deem necessary
for the proper administration of this Act.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 597.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 990A and to follow immediately after Section 990
of said Article, adding an additional area to said District
near the intersection of the County line and Northwest
branch.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 990A, to follow immediately
after Section 990 of said Article, and to read as follows:
990A. The following area is hereby added to the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning at a point of
the intersection of the County line and Northwest branch,
continuing in an Easterly direction along said County line
