sewage treatment and disposal plant and intercepting
sewers for the City of Cambridge.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is here-
by declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 562.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
71 and 71A of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Part 3—Non-Tidal Waters, " as said sections were
enacted by Chapter 188 of the Acts of 1933, relating to
fishing in certain waters in Frederick County and Wash-
ington County.

CHAPTER 563.
AN ACT to add six new sections to Article 89B of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, as enacted by
Chapter 539 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland at its 1931 session, title "State Roads, " said
new sections to follow immediately after Section 74 of
said Article and to be known as Sections 75, 76, 77, 78,
79 and 80, to authorize and empower the State Roads
Commission of Maryland to borrow certain sums of
money not to exceed $3, 000, 000, upon certain terms and
conditions, for the purpose of constructing, reconstruct-
ing, relocating, widening and improving State roads and
bridges; to provide for the repayment of the money so
borrowed, together with the interest thereon, from any
monies duly appropriated for that purpose; to provide
that the evidences of said indebtedness shall mature
serially within fifteen years from their respective dates
of issue; to provide for an annual tax consisting of such
