of, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 558.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Offutt's Revised Code
of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, Edition of

1929. title No. 13 "County Commissioners" (Flack's Code

1930. Article 3), said new sections to immediately follow
Section 146 of said Codes and to be known as Sections
146A, 146B and 146C, authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County to provide funds for the
transportation of school children attending certain pri-
vate schools in said County, and further providing for
distribution of said funds by the Board of Education of
Baltimore County.

CHAPTER 559.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
52 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Water Fowl, Birds and Game"
sub-title "Susquehanna Flats, " as said Section was en-
acted by Chapter 459, Acts of 1929.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 52 of Article 99 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement) title "Water Fowl,
Birds and Game, " sub-title "Susquehanna Flats, " be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments to
read as follows:

52. It shall be unlawful at any time, either in the day
or night, to hunt, pursue, shoot or kill any water fowl in
or over the Flats from any craft of any kind except a gun-
ning rig as defined by law, and then only after the same
