174P. All Acts or parts of Acts of any Public Gen-
eral or Public Local Laws or town ordinances inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
174Q. Should any section of this Act or any parts of a
section hereof be declared unconstitutional, the said sec-
tion or part of section so deemed and declared to be con-
stitutional shall be deemed and taken to be severable from
the balance of said Act, and all the balance of said sec-
tion or parts of sections and all the balance of said Act
shall be and remain as a valid subsisting Act.
174R. Sections 204 and 208 of Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, title "License", sub-title "Motor
Vehicles", and more particularly designated under part
five of said Motor Vehicle Law for the purpose of identi-
fication and for repeal, by express reference, are hereby
repealed in so far as the same or either of them are incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935. x

CHAPTER 545.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
56 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1929 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation, "
sub-title "Appeals, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 508 of the Acts of 1933, relating to appeals
from decisions of the State Industrial Accident Com-
mission.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 56 of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Workmen's
Compensation, " sub-title "Appeals, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 508 of the Acts of 1933, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
56. Any employer, employee, beneficiary or person feel-
ing aggrieved by any decision of the Commission affecting
