mortgages which the Federal Housing Administrator has
insured or has made a commitment to insure pursuant to
Title II of said National Housing Act or invested in the
notes or bonds secured by such insured mortgages, and
neither the limitations of this section nor any other law
of this State requiring security upon which loans shall be
made, or prescribing the nature, amount or form of such
security, or limiting the interest rates upon loans, shall
be deemed to apply to such insured mortgage loans.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 512.

AN ACT to repeal sections 106 to 115, inclusive of Article
48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Inspections", sub-title "Agricultural Lime", and to
enact in lieu thereof eight new sections, to be known as
Sections 106 to 113, inclusive, regulating the sale, for
agricultural purposes, of crushed limestone, lime, gyp-
sum and related products and prescribing penalties for
the violation thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 106 to 115, inclusive, of Article
48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Inspections", sub-title "Agricultural Lime", and to
enact in lieu thereof eight new sections, to be known as
Sections 106 to 113, inclusive, and to read as follows:

106. All agricultural liming materials and gypsum,
sold, offered, or exposed for sale within this State, shall
have attached to it or be accompanied, in the manner
provided in section 108 hereof, by a plainly printed state-
ment giving the following information:

(a) The name of the manufacturer or importer, and
the address of his principal office.

(b) The name of the place where manufactured.
