$1. 00 he shall retain as a fee for the issuance of the same.
Upon receipt by the County Commissioners of such license
fees the County Commissioners shall thereupon remit and
pay unto each and every incorporated town or City in said
County one-half of the amount of license fees received
from the Clerk for each and every license hereunder which
shall have been issued for a place of business located
within the corporate limits of the respective towns or cities.

Section 304. Every application for a license authorized
by this Act shall be sworn to by the applicant and shall con-
tain the following information:

(1) The name and address of the applicant and how
long he has resided within Allegany County.

(2) The particular place for which a license is desired,
designating the same by street number, if practicable, if
not, by such other apt description as definitely locates the
same, and also a description of the portion of the building
in which the business will be conducted.

(3) The class of license desired.

(4) The name of the owner of the premises upon which
the business sought to be licensed is to be carried on.

(5) A statement that the applicant is a citizen of the
United States, not less than twenty-one years of age, and
that such applicant has never been convicted of a felony.

(6) That the applicant has not had a license for the
sale of alcoholic beverages revoked.

(7) A statement that the applicant if granted a license
will conform to all laws and regulations relating to the busi-
ness in which the applicant proposes to engage.

(8) A statement by the applicant that as a condition
for the continuance of said license he will produce all rec-
ords required to be kept under the provisions of this Act
to the Comptroller or his deputies or the sheriff of Allegany
County or the police officers of any municipal corporation
therein, or as may be required in any proceeding before
the Circuit Court for Allegany County relating to said li-
cense or said place of business.

(9) The name of two persons, or a bonding company,
authorized under the provision of this Act, who will act as
sureties upon the bond required by the provisions of this
Act.
