and being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

50 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "Banks and Trust Companies",
sub-title "Trust Companies. "

CHAPTER 102.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 307 to 319, inclusive, of Article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, Flack's
Edition of 1930, entitled "Talbot County, " sub-title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Liquors. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 307 to 319, inclusive, of Article 21
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, Flack's Edi-
tion of 1930, entitled "Talbot County, " sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Liquors, " be, and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General As-
sembly, That this Act shall take effect on June 1st, 1934.
