(m) To the Catholic Church Extension Society of the
United States of America, Number 180 North Wabash
Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars.

(n) To the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergy-
men of Maryland (commonly known as the Jesuits) the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars.

(o) To the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to be utili-
zed by said Corporation for the perpetual care of Testa-
trix's burial lot at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

(p) To Saint Anthony's Orphan Asylum, the rest, resi-
due and remainder of the estate of said Testatrix.

CHAPTER 81.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
6 of Article 59 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Lunatics and Insane," sub-title "Insanity
as a Defense in Criminal Cases," as said section was
amended by Chapter 436 of the Acts of 1931, providing
for the determination of the question of insanity and
lunacy where insanity or lunacy is alleged in defense of
any person indicted for a crime, offense or misdemeanor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 6 of Article 59 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, (1924 Edition), title "Lunatics and In-
sane," sub-title "Insanity as a Defense in Criminal Cases,"
as said section was amended by Chapter 436 of the Acts of
1931, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows:

6. When it is desired to interpose the defense of in-
sanity or lunacy on behalf of one charged with a crime,
offense or misdemeanor, the defendant, his or her counsel,
or other person authorized by law to appear and act for
him or her, shall, at the time of pleading to the indictment
or information, unless the court for good cause shown shall
otherwise order, file a plea in writing, in addition to the
plea or pleas required or permitted by law, alleging that
the defendant was insane or lunatic at the time of the com-
