CHAPTER 80.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry bequests contained in
the last wills and testaments of certain persons, deceased,
to and for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious
and educational corporations, orders, denominations and
sects, and to certain charitable institutions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of said General
Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared,
given and granted to the following bequests to and from
certain persons, to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, de-
nominations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions
hereinafter named as herein set forth:

To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of George R. Kolb, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more City, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177,
folio 371, as follows:

(a) To the Reverend John J. Murray, the sum of Three
Hundred Dollars, and an additional sum of One Hundred
Dollars.

(b) To Saint Anthony's Orphan Asylum and Saint Vin-
cent's Male Orphan Asylum, the rest, residue and re-
mainder of the estate of said testator, in equal shares,
equally.

To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Caroline Thill, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more City, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 176,
folio 544, as follows:

(a) To the Jesuit College, Exaten (Lumberg) Holland,
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars.

(b) To the Rector (at the time of Testatrix's death) of
Saint Michael's Roman Catholic Church, the sum of Three
Hundred Dollars; and also to the Rector (at the time of
Testatrix's death) of Saint Michael's Roman Catholic
Church, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to be used by him
for the use and benefit of Saint Michael's Roman Catholic
School attached to said Church.
