his premises or in connection with this business shall, upon
conviction, be automatically forfeited.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any license
granted by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's
County under the provisions of Chapter 213 of the Acts of
1933 shall continue and remain in force until May 1, 1934
as if this Act had not been passed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and being passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly the same shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the President and Com-
missioners of Princess Anne, in Somerset County, State
of Maryland, to issue bonds to be designated "Princess
Anne Re-Funding Bonds, " and to use the proceeds aris-
ing from the sale thereof to pay the debts and obligations
of the said President and Commissioners of Princess
Anne evidenced by certain promissory notes, judgments
and over due open accounts, incurred in and about con-
struction, rebuilding, repairing, enlarging and improv-
ing the system of water supply and distribution an<J the
sewer system in said town and for other necessary ex-
penditures.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the President and Commissioners of Prin-
cess Anne, in Somerset County, be and they are hereby au-
thorized and empowered, subject to the referendum here-
inafter provided, to make and issue not later than the first
day of January, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, bonds,
either coupon or registered, to be designated "Princess
Anne Refunding Bonds, " to an amount not exceeding
twenty-three thousand dollars, in denomination of not less
than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dol-
