Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County, " sub-title "Sanitary Districts, " as said
section was amended by Chapter 313 of the Acts of 1931,
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

450. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act, be, and the same are hereby repealed
to the extent of their inconsistency; provided that nothing
herein contained shall be taken as restricting any control
which the State Board of Health of Maryland is empow-
ered to exercise within the sanitary districts, and nothing
in this Act shall apply to the City of Annapolis.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to T)e an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed upon by a yea and nay vote, sup-
ported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 30.

AN ACT to repeal Sections ISA to 15G inclusive, of Arti-
cle 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County, " sub-title
"Coal, " as said Sections were enacted by Chapter 311 of
the Acts of 1935.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 15A to 15G inclusive, of Article
23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Wicomico County, " sub-title "Coal, " as said
Sections were enacted by Chapter 311 of the Acts of 1935,
be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.
