11. To Deed from the Vestry of Saint John's Church,
Huntingdon, Baltimore County, to Michael J. Leeson and
Kathryn A. Leeson, his wife, dated June 10, 1935, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City on June
10, 1935, in Liber S. C. L, No. 5541, folio 458, etc.

12. To the Church of the Redeemer, a $500. 00 interest
in remainder in a mortgage certificate issued by the Mort-
gage Guarantee Company to Mrs. Fannie G. Crenshaw, late
of Baltimore City.

13. To the deed from the Homewood Realty Company
to the Vestry of the Emanuel Church of Baltimore of the
ground rent interest in the property, known as 30011 Cres-
mont Ave., Baltimore City, the said deed being dated Au-
gust 4, 1926, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber 4614, folio 117, etc.

14. To the gift to the Vestry of St. Luke's Protestant
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Thornton Rollins, deceased, late of
Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 183, folio
130.

15. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Leila Way, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of rec-
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City in
