in the Will as Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal

8. The following bequests contained in the Will of W.
Mortimer Sanner (which will is recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No.
No. 182, folio 481):

(1. ) To the Walbrook Memorial Evangelical Church the
leasehold property 1610 Warwick Avenue, Baltimore, Md.

(2. ) To the Home for Incurables the cash legacy
amounting to Twenty-four hundred, Twenty-one dollars and
twenty-seven cents ($2421. 27).

(3. ) To the Children's Home of Baltimore the cash leg-
acy of Twenty-four hundred, twenty-one dollars and twen-
ty-six cents ($2421. 26).

9. To the following devises and bequests contained in
the last Will and Testament of Ignatius Thomas Fulks, de-
ceased, which Will was filed in the office of the Register of
Wills of Montgomery County and probated on September 2,
1931, viz.:

(1. ) To the Trustees of the Theological Seminary of
the Presbyterian Church at Princeton, New Jersey, a Cor-
poration, the sum of one thousand ($1, 000. 00) dollars.

(2. ) To the Johns Hopkins Hospital, a Corporation, the
sum of five hundred dollars ($500. 00).

(3. ) To the Trustees of American University, a Cor-
poration, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500. 00).

(4. ) To the Vestry of Prince George's Parish in Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, a Corporation, the sum of five
hundred dollars ($500. 00).

(5. ) To the Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop
of Baltimore, a Corporation, the sum of five hundred dol-
lars ($500. 00).
