119A. The corporate limits of said town are hereby ex-
tended to include the following: Beginning at the point on
the La Plata-Indian Head Road where the present boundary
line of the town of Indian Head intersects said road and
thence following along the south side of said road 418 feet
more or less to the Ben Davis property; thence in a straight
line south 5°-55' west a distance of 1, 040 feet; thence in a
westerly direction along Schley Street a distance of 418 feet
more or less to the present boundary line of said town;
thence along said boundary line in a northerly direction
1, 040 feet more or less to the place of beginning; the said
property hereby added being a sub-division of a part of a
larger tract conveyed to Francis E. Mattingly by deed of
John W. Waring dated November 30, 1906, and recorded
in Liber F. D. M. 17, Folio 614, etc.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 81.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
87B of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement) title "Governor—Executive and
Administrative Departments, " sub-title "Hall of Records
Commission, "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 87B of Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement) title "Governor—
Executive and Administration Departments, " sub-title
"Hall of Records Commission, " be, and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

87B. The Commission shall have supervision and con-
trol of the Hall of Records building and shall have author-
ity to equip and furnish the said building and to preserve
and repair the records, documents and archives placed un-
der its supervision, the cost of same to be paid for out of
any funds which may hereafter be appropriated for that
purpose.
