The said Court is hereby given jurisdiction to hear and
determine such causes, establish such liens, and decree
the enforcement thereof. If said Court shall determine
that said taxes were legally levied or made by said Dis-
trict Heights Commission, any defect or irregularity in
the tax sale or in the proceeding upon the report thereof
shall not be a defense to any of such suits. All such de-
crees -shall be enforced in the same manner as decrees of
said Court are authorized to be enforced by law.

(E) That said town Treasurer shall make, at each regu-
lar monthly meeting of said Commission, a monthly written
report to the District Heights Commission, which said re-
port shall state, in itemized form, all receipts and disburse-
ments of town money coming into his hands, which monthly
report shall be signed and sworn to, as being a complete
and accurate report, by said town Treasurer before said
Secretary Commissioner.

(F) That the District Heights Commission shall ex-
amine each such monthly report of said town Treasurer,
and, within one month after filing of the same by said town
Treasurer, the said Commission, at a regular or special
meeting thereof, shall, by resolution entered in the minute
books of said Commission, approve or disapprove
of such report. Such monthly report shall be filed
among the town records, and the yea and nay vote
of each Commissioner on the resolution approving
or disapproving such report shall be entered in
the minute books of said Commission. And the adop-
tion by said Commission of a resolution approving
any such monthly report of said town Treasurer
shall be considered as a certificate, to the citizens
of the Town of District Heights, of each Com-
missioner so voting an approval of such monthly report
that, after careful examination of the matter, he considers
such monthly report to be complete and accurate. Pro-
vided, however, that nothing contained in this Act shall in
any wise affect the liability to said town of said town
Treasurer; and provided, further, that nothing contained
in this Act shall in any wise affect the liability of the sure-
ty or sureties on the bond of said town Treasurer.

(G) That in the event that said Commission, after care-
ful examination, shall adopt a resolution disapproving any
such monthly report of said town Treasurer, said Com-
mission shall within five (5) days, (including Sundays and
holidays), of the adoption of such resolution, notify said
town Treasurer of the fact of the adoption of such resolu-
tion disapproving such monthly report, and of the rea-
