CHAPTER 47.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
23 of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement), title "Inspections, " sub-title "To-
bacco, " relating to claims for unsound or damaged
tobacco.

CHAPTER 48.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 33 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Elec-
tions, " sub-title "Registration, " said new sections to be
known as Section 28GG and Section 28GGG and to fol-
low immediately after Section 28G of said Article, to
provide for the method of publishing the names of per-
sons registered and erased in registrations in Frederick
County, and repealing all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent therewith.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That two new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement), title "Elections, " sub-title "Registra-
tion, " said new sections to be known as Section 28GG and
Section 28GGG, to follow immediately after Section 28G
of said Article, and to read as follows:

28GG. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Fred-
erick County shall not be required to give notice of persons
registered or erased in the general registration to be held
in Frederick County in April, 1936, or in any other regis-
tration in 1936, by either hand bills, posting hand bills, or
advertisement in newspapers; but the said Supervisors of
Elections of Frederick County shall be required to furnish
a printed list of the names and addresses of persons reg-
istered and erased when application is made therefor in
writing at least ten days prior to the day of the said gen-
eral registration, or at least ten days prior to any subse-
quent registration in 1936, and then only upon the payment
by the party or person or persons requesting such list of
the sum often dollars ($10. 00) for the said names and ad-
dresses in any precinct or sub-division thereof for the April
