A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 306 and 307 of Article
27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title 'Crimes-
and Punishments', sub-title 'Gaming', and to enact two new sec-
tions, in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of said sections so
repealed, relating to the issuance of search warrants."

Senate Bill No. 4—By Senator Phoebus:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add a new sub-section to Section 7
of Article 72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supple-
ment), title 'Oysters and Clams', said new sub-section to be known
as Sub-section (b-1) and to follow immediately after Sub-section
(b) of said Section 7, relating to the size of boats used for dredg-
ing oysters in Somerset County."

Senate Bill .No. 5—By Senator Hoff:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1947 Supple-
ment), title 'Crimes and Punishments', sub-title 'Gaming7, said
new section to be known as Section 302% and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 302 1/2 of said Article, as said section was
enacted by Chapter 708 of the Acts of 1949, making it lawful to
hold or conduct carnivals, bazaars, bingo games or raffles by certain
organizations or corporations in Carroll County."
