MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered the following
message:

BY THE SENATE.

By Senator Funk:

ANNAPOLIS, MD., November 5, 1945.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message proposing that when the General
Assembly adjourns at 7.30 P. M., Monday, November 5, 1945, it stand
adjourned sine die.

We concur in your message.

C. ANDREW SHAAB,

Secretary.

Which was read.

At 7.30 o'clock P. M., on motion of Mr. Luber, duly seconded, the
House of Delegates of the State of Maryland adjourned sine die.
