vanced to or borrowed by the Liquor Control Board shall at
no time exceed the sum of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dol-
lars. All sums advanced to the Liquor Control Board by the
County Commissioners and all sums borrowed by the County
Commissioners or the Liquor Control Board, together with any
interest due thereon, shall be repaid out of the receipts from
the sales made by the County Liquor Dispensaries or Branch
Dispensaries.

(3) The Liquor Control Board shall have full power and
authority:

(a) To appoint a Supervisor or Manager of said Dispen-
saries, who shall hold for a term of six years, and shall furnish
to the said Liquor Control Board a good and sufficient bond in
a penalty amount to be fixed by the said Liquor Control
Board, for the faithful performance of his duties as Super-
visor or Manager. Said Supervisor or Manager shall receive as
compensation for his services an annual salary of not less than
two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars nor more than three thousand
(13,000.00) dollars, and in addition the Liquor Control Board
shall from time to time have the authority to reimburse said
Supervisor or Manager for expenses incurred in the perform-
mance of his duties. The Supervisor or Manager, with the
consent and approval of the Liquor Control Board, shall ap-
point such other employees as may be necessary to conduct
such County Liquor Dispensaries or branch dispensaries, fix
their compensation at not less than $25.00 nor more than $45.00
per week and require such bonds for the faithful performance
of their duties as the said Board may in each case determine.

(b) To purchase in sealed packages from any licensed whole-
saler or manufacturer any alcoholic beverage, except beer,
upon which the tax imposed by this Article has been paid and
to purchase from any non-resident producer or dealer any
alcoholic beverages, except beer, and import the same for re-
sale, as hereinafter provided, but such purchases shall not be
resold until the excise tax shall be paid.

(c) To sell such alcoholic beverages in such sealed containers
or packages purchased as above provided, at such price as may
be determined by the Liquor Control Board, which price shall
be uniform in all stores in said County and shall in no case
be less than the cost of such alcoholic beverages.

(d) To refuse to sell any such alcoholic beverages to any
person or persons, who, in the judgment of the Liquor Control
Board or its duly authorized employees, is not a suitable per-
son to purchase or consume such beverages.
