ty sufficient to pay the annual interest on said bonds outstand-
ing, and to redeem said bonds as they mature and become due,
said taxes to be collected as other taxes levied in said County
are collected.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act is here-
by declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all
the members elected to each of the Two Houses of the General
Assembly, and the same shall take effect from the date of its

CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes and
Punishments, " to be under sub-title "Fraud—Motor Fuels, "
to be known as Sections 237A, 237B and 237C, to follow
immediately after Section 237 of said Article, making it
unlawful to store, keep, sell, expos© for sale or offer for sale
any gasoline, motor-fuel, kerosene, oil or other liquid fuels,
or lubricating oils or similar products, in such manner as
to deceive the purchaser as to the nature, quality and
identity of the product, or from any container, distributing
device or equipment bearing a trade mark, trade name or
brand different from the mark, name or brand of the prod-
duct sold therefrom, or from imitating the design, symbol or
trade name of the equipment under which recognized brands
of said products are generally marketed, or substituting,
mixing or adulterating the products offered for sale under
a recognized trade name, and making it unlawful to aid or
assist any person to do any of the things prohibited by this
Act, requiring a sign or label to be maintained at or near
the outlet from which lubricating oil is drawn for sale
or delivery, and providing penalties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That three new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
