Anne Arundel County to the Public Bridge Fund for replacing
public bridges as hereinbefore mentioned.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds and paying the bonds them-
selves as they respectively mature and are payable, the said
County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, shall annu-
ally, until all of said bonds issued under the provisions of
this Act shall have matured and been paid, levy a tax upon
the assessable property of said county sufficient to pay the
annual interest on all of said bonds that they may be issued
and outstanding as said interest becomes due and payable and
also a tax in each year upon ail of said assessable property in
said county sufficient to pay said bonds as they respectively
mature.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act is an
emergency law and necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 303.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 143
of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (Dennis' Edition), title "Frederick County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " including additional fire com-
panies to be levied for and increasing the amount to be
levied for such fire companies in Frederick County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 143 of Article 11 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (Dennis' Edition), title "Fred-
erick County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as
follows:
143. The County Commissioners of Frederick County are
