lic schools and the powers of the State Superintendent of
Schools, in regard to the plans, construction and erection of
public school buildings.
SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds and for redeeming said
bonds as they mature the said County Commissioners of Wash-
ington County shall for the year 1929 and annually thereafter
until all of said bonds issued under the authority of this
Act shall mature and be redeemed, levy a tax upon the assess-
able property of said county sufficient to pay the annual inter-
est on said bonds outstanding and to redeem said bonds as
they mature and become due, said taxes to be collected as other
taxes levied in said county are collected.
SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 283.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Talbot and Caroline Counties to transfer and surrender
to the State Roads Commission the bridge known as New
Bridge over Tuckahoe Creek on the road leading from
Denton to Easton and connecting said Talbot and Caroline
Counties, and to empower and direct the said State Roads
Commission to receive and accept the said bridge and to
thereafter maintain the same as a part of the State Roads
System.
