forth this fact to be filed in the matter of the town tax sales of
Mt. Rainier, Maryland, in the Circuit Court of Prince George's
County, Maryland, in the case where the property shall have
been reported sold. The Mayor and Common Council of Mt.
Rainier, Maryland, are further authorized to sell at public
or private sale for such sum as they may deem advisable any
and all parcels of real estate heretofore forfeited and offered
for sale under the provisions of Section 19, Chapter 200 of
the Acts of Maryland, 1916, and all amendments thereto, and
either not sold, or sold for which the purchaser or purchasers
thereof, if any, have failed to pay the purchase money; and
upon payment of the whole purchase money for such parcel
resold to said Town Clerk and Treasurer, for the time being,
he shall execute to the purchaser thereof under such resale a
good deed in fee simple thereof.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency Act and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public safety, and being passed upon
a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of
Maryland, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 34.
AN ACT to extend the limits of the Mayor and Common.
Council of Mount Rainier, a municipal corporation, by in-
cluding therein a part of Prince George's County contiguous
thereto; and providing for payment of road and bridge tax
to the Mayor and Common Council of Mount Rainier by the
County Commissioners and for other purposes.
