SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That at the regular
municipal election of the town of Brunswick, to be held in
August, 1929, there shall be submitted to the qualified voters
of said town the question whether the street and improvement
bonds authorized by this Act shall be issued, and at such elec-
tion the ballots cast upon said question shall have the words
"For Street Bond Issue, " and "Against Street Bond Issue"
printed thereon, and if a majority of the votes cast upon said
question shall be "For Street Bond Issue, " then the Mayor
and Council of Brunswick shall proceed to execute the power
vested in them by this Act, but if a majority of the votes cast
shall be "Against Street Bond Issue, " then this Act shall be
void and of no effect.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 29.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County to borrow upon the faith
and credit of said County to the amount of Four Hundred
Seventy-five Thousand Dollars, and to issue and sell bonds
therefor, the proceeds thereof to be used by the Board of
County Commissioners and the Board of Education of
Montgomery County to pay for the construction, building
and equipping of schools in Montgomery County, heretofore
constructed and contracted for in said County, for land
heretofore purchased for school sites, and to refund such
portions of the 1928 program of school construction of the
Board of Education of Montgomery County as may have
been temporarily financed by the Board of Education of
Montgomery County or the Board of County Commissioners
of Montgomery County.
WHEREAS, During the years 1927 and 1928 the influx of new
citizens into Montgomery County was followed by a greatly
increased enrollment of school children in the public schools
of said county; and
