Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3, 500. 00) for
erecting, equipping and furnishing of a school or an addition
to school at Annapolis Junction;

Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3, 500. 00) for
erecting an addition to the Lothian colored school;

Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) for erecting, equipping
and furnishing an addition to the Germantown School;

One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) for erect-
ing, equipping and furnishing of colored school at Mill
Swamp:

One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) for erect-
ing, equipping and furnishing of colored school at Arnold;

Three Thousand Dollars ($3, 000. 00) for erecting, equipping
and furnishing of colored school at Queenstown;

One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) for erect-
ing, equipping and furnishing of addition to colored school at
Severn;

One. Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) for erect-
ing, equipping and furnishing of colored school at McKendree;

One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) for erect-
ing, equipping and furnishing of colored school at Furnace
Branch.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That for the pur-
pose of carrying out the provisions of this Act there is hereby
created a Commission to be known as the "Public School
Building Commission of Anne Arundel County" to be com-
posed as follows: Of the five members of the said Board of
Education or the successors of any of them and the seven
members of the Board of County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel County or the successors of any of them. The Super-
intendent of Schools shall act as Secretary, ex officio, to the
above named Commission.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That it shall be the
duty of the said Building Commission to select. sites, to ap-
prove plans of buildings and of improvements, to receive in
open meeting formal statements of school patrons and tax-
payers whenever such open meetings may be requested by sub-
stantial number of interested parties, and to collect data bear-
ing upon proposed expenditures; and to do any and all things
necessary in carrying out the provisions of this Act. And
the proceedings of said Commission shall, be made a matter of
record in the files of the Board of Education of Anne Arundel
