WHEREAS, said corporation has paid to the State of Mary-
land all franchise taxes due and payable by it to the State of
Maryland for the years above set out, therefore:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the said proclamation of the Governor of Mary-
land, in so far as it affected The Ellicott City Water Company >
be and it is hereby set aside, and the charter of The Ellicott
City Water Company be and the same is hereby revived, to-
gether with all powers relating; thereto from the date of said
proclamation.

CHAPTER 179.
AN ACT to repeal Section 90A of Article 72 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Oysters, "
sub-title "Exempted Waters, " as said section relating to the
moving and planting of oysters in certain waters of Dor-
chester County was enacted by Chapter 597 of the Acts of
1927.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 90A of Article 72 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Oysters, " sub-title
"Exempted Waters, " as said section relating to the moving and
planting of oysters in certain waters of Dorchester County was
enacted by Chapter 597 of the Acts of 1927, be and it is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
