ing all persons interested therein to appear, and giving them
the opportunity to be heard before the said Mayor and Coun-
cil, at such time as shall be provided in said notice, and any
person, feeling aggrieved at the action of said Mayor and
Council, shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit Court
for Montgomery County and to a trial by jury; provided said
appeal be taken within thirty days after the determination of
said Mayor and Council in such case, and an appeal may be
taken to the Court of Appeals by either party; provided, said
appeal be entered within thirty days after the rendition of
said judgment by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That Section 29 of the
Charter of the Town of Gaithersburg, in Montgomery County,
as enacted by Chapter 351 of the Acts of 1914, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 173.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Harford County to grant a pension of fifty ($50) dollars
per annum to Mrs. Phoebe Ross.

CHAPTER 174.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 390 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1924 entitled "An Act to incorpo-
rate the Town of Cottage City, Prince George's County,
Maryland, " by enacting three new sections to be designated
as Sections 5A, 5B and 5C of said town charter, said amend-
ments conferring certain additional police powers upon the
Cottage City Commission.
