CHAPTER 161.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
178 of Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1912 Codification), title "Prince George's County, " sub-
title "County Commissioners, " relating to the bond of the
Clerk to the County Commissioners,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 178 of Article 17 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1912 Codification), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
178. He shall also execute a bond to the State of Mary-
land to be approved by said County Commissioners in the
penalty of fifty thousand dollars ($50, 000), conditioned for
the faithful performance of the duties imposed upon him by
law; which bond shall be recorded in the office of clerk of the
Circuit Court for said county; and the surety on said bond
shall be some surety company authorized to do business in the
State of Maryland, and the premium on said bond shall be
paid by the County Commissioners of Prince George's County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 162.
AN ACT to create a Road Commission for Calvert County, to
provide for the repair of public roads in said county and to
repeal Chapter 574 of the Acts of 1924, creating a Road
Commission and relating to the repair of public roads in
said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That there is hereby created a Road Commission
for Calvert County to consist of three members, one to be
selected from each of the three Election Districts of said
