CHAPTER 150.

AN ACT to repeal Section 10 of Article 78A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Works-
Board of, " sub-title "Sale of State's Interest in Works of
Internal Improvements or in Corporations, " said section
relating to appropriations to Board of Public Works.

WHEREAS, since the adoption of the Budget Amendment, sec-
tions of the Code providing for specific appropriations to the

several departments are useless and superfluous; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 10 of Article 78A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Works—Board
of, " sub-title "Sale of State's Interest in Works of Internal
Improvements or in Corporations, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 151.

AN ACT to extend the limits of the Mayor and Common
Council of Mount Rainier, a municipal corporation, by
including therein a part of Prince George's County con-
tiguous thereto; and providing for payment of road and
bridge tax to the Mayor and Common Council of Mount
Rainier by the County Commissioners and for other pur-
poses.
